I'm an idiot
I got drunk and told my sober friend that I would buy her dinner if she drove me home. I was very far away from my house and just had to go home, even though I had a perfectly good place to sleep that night, and a ride home in the morning. But no, I insisted on being in my own bed. And naturally on the drive home I told my friend an excessive amount of times to remind me of the promise I had made her. So what am I doing this evening? Taking my friend out to dinner. Lucky me.

new awesome website
I recently discovered this website while browsing the World Wide Web. It's highly entertaining. Check it out.
Also, if any of you have ever experienced "crazy mother" this is also an entertaining website to explore.

What do you do when you fall off the horse...
Ok, so in response to my sister, and her ability to stay on top of her blog, I will attempt to renew mine.
So the other day, I confirmed a personal fact, that I am utterly obsessed with men wearing ties. Naturally, if I lived in a city like New York or L.A., then I would probably see a significant amount of men in ties and my obsession wouldn't be as consuming, but living in a very small town, and attending school in a less-than-professional city, I see far less ties than I would like. You can imagine my shock when I was driving down the main avenue in my small town to see a young man (who I know personally) wearing a tie, along with a nice shirt and pressed khakis. This shocked me so much that I had required my driver to turn around just so I could catch another glimpse of this man. This morning, while running errands, I went to the bank to deposit some checks and said young man was my teller. And of course he was looking fabulous in his polo shirt, brown belt, and pressed khakis, that I almost started drooling over my deposit slip.
Moral of this story; I cannot get enough of men in ties.
